Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Sara Molnar is a chiropractor and sports rehab specialist who graduated Cum Laude from Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri. While at Logan College, Dr. Sara received a doctorate in Chiropractic, a Masters degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation and a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences. Prior to this, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Honors Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario Canada. Dr. Sara has also completed over 200 hours of Advanced Certification in Acupuncture from the Acupuncture Society of America in Kansas City, Missouri.
Dr. Sara, being a Canadian native, moved to Chicago in 2011 and has been practicing natural medicine on the Near North Side ever since. She is Board Certified in Chiropractic in both the United States and Canada and is licensed in the state of Illinois and province of Ontario, both with physical therapy and acupuncture privileges.
Dr. Sara is an active member of the Chicago community and enjoys getting involved. Athletics have always been an important part of her life, (as she enjoys being active herself). She has also had the chance to work with and treat both professional and amateur athletes.
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Adams is a chiropractor who works with patients ranging from newborn to the golden years with musculoskeletal conditions by addressing dysfunction of the spine and soft tissue to allow proper biomechanics and restore motion and nerve function. Dr. Adams values the individualism of each patient that walks in the door and addresses each patient and case accordingly. Dr. Adams understands how discouraging a one size fits all treatment plan can be and she takes the time to curate a unique plan of action for each person depending on their condition and goals. On top of her doctoral degree in Chiropractic, Dr. Adams also has continuing education and training in pregnancy, woman’s health, sports chiropractic, soft tissue methods as well as pediatrics.
Dr. Adams was drawn to chiropractic after a lifelong battle of migraine headaches. After discovering chiropractic and all of the benefits, Dr. Adams was able to live a more fulfilled and pain-free life without the limitations of migraines. Dr. Adams holds a Bachelors degree in Health Promotion from Fort Hays State University and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College. Dr. Adams is well-versed in movement science and therapeutic exercise as she also holds a certification from the National Academy of Sport Medicine in Personal Training with an emphasis in corrective/therapeutic exercise.
Dr. Adams is now taking patients at Back to Natural Chiropractic in Chicago, IL in the River North neighborhood where she serves patients from all walks of life with chiropractic care. When she is not in the office, Dr. Adams enjoys working out at the gym, playing disc golf, kick-boxing and hanging out with her dog-child, Brigg, and her Fiancé, Drake.
